St. Ann is a medium-sized, active parish with roughly 850 registered families located in the heart of Gulf Breeze, FL. Our Lady of Assumption Mission has roughly 200 registered families and is located just a few miles away on Pensacola Beach. We are currently looking to fill the below-listed position(s).
Now Hiring: Director of Faith Formation & Evangelization!
Are you passionate about leading others to Christ and building vibrant, welcoming communities of faith? St. Ann Catholic Parish is looking for an enthusiastic and mission-driven leader to guide our parish in faith formation, evangelization, and outreach. If you have a heart for ministry, love empowering others, and have a desire for energizing parish life—from youth to adults—we want you on our team! Come help shape the future of faith, inspire discipleship, and bring the Gospel to life in new and creative ways.What You’ll Do:
In this key pastoral leadership position, you'll build teams, launch innovative outreach initiatives, and empower others to grow and serve as disciples. Additionally, you’ll:Inspire and guide parishioners at every stage of their faith journey
Lead dynamic programs like OCIA, Adult Formation, Baptism Prep, and Evangelization Initiatives
Collaborate with ministries like Men of St. Joseph, Women’s Groups, and more
Shepherd youth and adult faith formation programs with energy and purpose
Plan and coordinate vibrant parish missions and outreach opportunities
Bring back the lost, ignite the seekers, and empower the faithful
What We’re Looking For:
- A faithful, practicing Catholic ready to lead with joy, wisdom, and servant-hearted vision
- Master’s in Theology preferred (but deep ministry experience speaks volumes too!)
- A team-builder with passion for catechesis, evangelization, and pastoral leadership
- Skilled in communication, ministry management, and using tech to enhance ministry
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a major plus!
